I'm a product designer based in Tokyo, working on AI-driven career and recruitment products at Recruit Group. I care most about designing for uncertainty — helping people build confidence, navigate complexity, and move forward.

At Recruit, I've worked across Recruit Direct Scout, Resume, Career Assistant, and Recruit Agent — exploring how products can help people understand themselves better and move forward. Recently, I've also been rethinking the design process itself: using Cursor and Claude Code to prototype with code, test ideas closer to real product behavior, and sometimes produce frontend outputs near production quality.
